Education is an integral part of any childhood, and it is the scaffolding for the towering potential of the generations to come. Our visit to the village helped us realize that while there is a school, the basic resources required for a good education were scarce. Books, school bags and stationery were like droplets of water in a desert.

Thus, we decided to collect and provide the eager young learners of the Kond village with resources that we believe could help propel them towards the bright future that awaits them. Having school essentials, and packing your own school bag instills a sense of pride and responsibility that we believe is an imperative part of the learning process. The smiles on our faces upon distributing these items were no match for the massive grins that lit up the faces of every student, tremendously excited to get to work using their newly acquired resources.
